Chied (Dr) IME EKOP Ebong (Chairman)
(Dr) IME EKOP Ebong M.Sc Economics Ph.D International Business Relations. Dr. Ebong is a retired banker of international repute, he started his banking career in Deustsche Bundesbank, Frankfurt (The central bank of Germany) fron 1966 to 1970 where he was research economist and head of working group, capital market institution.
After four years with Bundesbank, he joined African Development Bank, Abidjan in Cote D’Ivoire where he rose to the position of Director in the office of the Bank’s president in 1975. In 1976, he returned to Nigeria to take up an appointment as Director of Research in the Federal Ministry of Finance, a position he held till September 1976 when he became the deputy managing duector of ICON Merchant Bank. He later became the managing director of the same bank in 1978. He left ICON in 1984 and went into private practice. He was the executive chairman of Cowrie Credit Limited and Managing Associate.
In 1988 Dr. Ebong became the Managing Director of Century Merchant Bank Limited from where he retired in 1992 into active politics. He is director of several companies in Nigeria.
Babalade Oladipo Esq, LLB, BL LLM(Director)
Mr Oladipo is a barrister at law and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He worked as a state counsel in Kwara state Ministry of Justice before joining the law firm of Odejinrin Adefelu and co. where he rose to the position of Head of Chambers before setting up his law firm.
Currently, Mr Oladipo is the Principal Partner in Babajide Oladipo and Co. a law firm in Lagos. He has over 20 years of experience in practice of law in Nigeria.
Iranloye Olasunkanmi Joseph (Managing Director)
Mr. Iranloye has a B.Sc (Hons)degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics (1988) and a masters in Business Administration (2000) from the University of Ilorin. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers (FC) having qualified as an authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 1992.
Mr. Iranloye was head, stock broking unit if Financial Trust Company and he actively participated in the National Privatisation Exercise of 1992/93. He has participated in several seminars and workshops on capital market activities both within and outside Nigeria. He facilitates at training programs organized by Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC) and other organizations. He was a delegate to the Nigerian Investment Summit Washington DC USA in 2002.

Olukunle Samson Mobolaji
Mr. Olukunle is a chartered stockbroker. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (1995) as well as the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (1999). Mr. Olukunle possesses a masters degree in business administration (MBA) of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1999.
Mr. Olukunle joined Supertex Limited Kaduna in 1986 and rose to the position of financial controller before joining Century Securities in 2003 as General Manager (North) in charge of our Kaduna Area Office.
Ilonwa Cletus NNamdi
Mr. Ilonwa holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology (1991). He became an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) in 1994. In 1999, he was admitted as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI).
Mr. Ilonwa holds a bachelor degree of law from the Lagos State University (2001). He was called to the bar in 2003 and became a Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers Certified Stock Market Agent in 2004. Mr. Ilonwa has had an extensive working experience in both the public and private sector including the Nigerian Telecommunications Ltd, Network Mortgage Finance and Jide Taiwo and Co. He joined the services of Century Securities Ltd in 1995.
Mr. Ilonwa is currently Head, Finance and Administration.
Edet Emmanuel Edem
Mr. Edet is a 1991 graduate of Business Management from the University of Uyo. He holds a masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) of the University of Benin, specializing in Marketing. He was admitted as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria in 2001.
Mr. Edet joined the services of Century Securities in 1992 and has worked in different departments and in various capacities. He has equally attended several courses. Mr. Edet is Head of the Investment and Marketing Department.
Babalola Bukola
Bukola is an associate with CENSEC.She possesses a bachelor of Science degree in Bussiness Administration Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and an MBA from the Southeastern University Washington DC USA.She has varied experiences in marketing,product development and strategy,researh and Database adminstration.Her last employment before joining Century Securities Limited in March 2009 was as Executive Director (marketing) with OIM Inc.USA.
Ogunrinola Olorunngbemiga
Ayodeji
Mr. Ogunrionla is an accounting graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1997). He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).
Mr. Ogunrinola has had vast experience in various capacities and establishment including Republic Press Ltd, Hope Building Society Ltd (Mortgage Bankers) and Guardian Newspapers Ltd. He last worked as the regional accountant of Globacom Nig Ltd (Port-Harcourt) before joining Century Securities Ltd as a financial analyst. Mr. Ogunrionla heads the portfolio management unit of CENSEC.
Olajide Sunday Olalekan
Mr. Olajide is a 1997 upper credit accountancy graduate from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He has had an impressive working experience in various capacities and companies including Nigeria Postal Services, Champion Prints Nigeria Ltd, Omatek Ventures Ltd, Portable Engineering Services Limited.
Mr. Olajide joined Century Securities in 2004 and currently head of Operation.
Jolayemi Olaitan
Jolayemi holds Bsc (ed). degree in Physics from the University of Ilorin,as well as Aptech Certified Career Professional (Accpi7),Certicate of proficiency in in Information System Management (CPISM),Diploma in Information System Management (DISM).He is a Member of Portfolio and Debt Management Institute of Nigeria.Mr Jolayemi joined the services of Century Securities Limited in 2007.He is incharge or our Infomation Technology Unit.
